In order to enrich learning forms, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and improve teaching quality and efficiency. On October 28, Mr. Xu Ligang of "Business Ethics" led MBA students of Grade 2022 to Ganzhou Fuerte Electronics Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as: Fuerte) to carry out on-site teaching, so that theoretical teaching can be improved in field research.
The students first visited the corporate culture exhibition hall of Fuerte Company, and learned about the company's development history, corporate culture, product application fields, business performance and scientific and technological achievements in detail. Then, we visited the intelligent production workshop to understand that Fuerte uses the green short-process recovery technology of sintered NdFeb solid waste to prepare recycled magnets, to achieve the reuse of resources and green production, and to let us appreciate the industrial charm.
The students had an exchange discussion on the topic of "What is the necessity of corporate ethical thinking?" and had an in-depth discussion on corporate responsibility and focus on the core. Huang Xiaoai, head of human resources of Fuerte, elaborated on the overview of corporate social responsibility and the company's performance in CSR, which triggered positive thinking and heated discussion among the students. At the same time, it deepens everyone's understanding of the course of Business Ethics.
Xu Ligang summarized the symposium. He said that in the fierce market competition, Fuerte takes integrity as the foundation, strives for survival by quality, promotes development by innovation, and is an enterprise that practices responsibility with actions; At the same time, it is recommended that students deepen their study in business ethics and other content, which can also be used as the topic selection and writing direction.
It is reported that Fuerte, founded in 2011 and listed on the New Third Board in 2018, is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials. The company now has 12 provincial and municipal scientific research platforms such as Jiangxi Enterprise Technology Center and Jiangxi Engineering Research Center. This on-site teaching, combining theory with practice, deepened the students' understanding and mastery of the course knowledge. The students have said that the school-enterprise joint teaching has stimulated their interest in learning, broadened their thinking and understanding, and provided new ideas and new ideas for their career development and work.
