On September 14, our college held a special training meeting for administrative personnel in Conference Room 321 of Jingshi Building. Members of the college leadership team, administrative staff and all counselors participated in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by President Huang Shunchun.

At the beginning of the meeting, Huang Shunchun fully affirmed the contributions made by all the administrative organs of the college to the development of the college, and summarized the early administrative work of the college, and deployed the related work in the new semester. He made clear requirements to the administrative staff: first, to actively think about how to better promote the work, always self-reflection and review; The second is to be good at communication, task execution to form a closed-loop management, so that there is a response, everything has feedback; Third, we must have a sense of crisis and urgency to work together to promote the development of the college. He put forward four suggestions to the administrative staff to carry out good work: first, to balance the relationship between work and family, reasonable allocation of time, scientific work plan; The second is to think more and implement more in the work, improve the quality of work, and ensure that all work is promoted steadily and efficiently; The third is to further strengthen learning, enhance quality and ability, improve working methods; Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen organizational coordination and information exchange, and create a positive working atmosphere.

At the meeting, the participants carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions in combination with their jobs, and actively offered suggestions for the development of the college. It is reported that the college attaches great importance to management and service work, and constantly strengthens the sense of responsibility and mission responsibility, aiming at providing all teachers and students with higher quality services, and is committed to building a team of administrative organs with high sense of service, strong sense of responsibility and good business ability, so as to ensure the high-quality development of the college cause.
