Management held a "Party Building Ideology, Teacher Ethics and Style" special faculty meeting in Conference Room 205. All the faculty and staff of the school attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Xiuzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College.

At the conference, Zhang Xiuzhi led everyone to learn the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on ideological work in colleges and universities, and learned about the notice issued by 7 departments including the Ministry of Education on Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Teachers’ Ethics and Style in the New Era. In 2020, the Ministry of Education publicly exposed 8 typical violations of the Ten Standards of Professional Conduct for Teachers, and led everyone to review the Ten Standards for Professional Conduct of College Teachers in the New Era.

During his study, Zhang Xiuzhi emphasized that "teaching ethics and style" is the first criterion for evaluating the quality of the teaching staff. He hopes that all faculty members will make it clear that the "Guidelines" are the basic norms for teachers' professional behavior in the new era. They must abide by the basic bottom line of teachers and continue to deepen the college. For the construction of teacher ethics and style, all teachers should strive to become the "four guides" for students and strive to be a good teacher with the "four haves" in the new era.
